A Note from Our Founder

I created Fly Savvy Sol Apothecary as a love letter to resilience.
As a triple negative BRCA1+ breast cancer survivor, caregiver, flight attendant, and advocate, I have lived the intersection of healing, service, and purpose. I learned that wellness cannot wait for convenience; it must be cultivated daily, shared freely, and sustained collectively.

This apothecary is my offering to the movement, a space where herbs meet intention, creativity meets calm, and healing meets empowerment. Together we are rewriting what it means to thrive.
